It is really disheartening to see the way in which things move in our current governing system.. The main road which goes near my house has been in a very pathetic situation for a long time ( around 2 yrs). It all started with the Drinking water project. Unfortunately the main pipeline from aruvikkara to city goes thru this road only... From that time onwards we are suffering due to bad road.. the panchayat ppl wont properly maintain the road.. they will be blaimng the water authrity or the company which took contract for the pipeline laying works.. the one regular thing thats happening is blame game.. i dont know what these people are getting out of it...
The system over here shud change....
